Search and Recruitment

KBA has successfully provided search and recruitment services for over ten years in the areas of risk management, claims management, insurance and employee benefits. Our keys to identify and refer qualified candidates include:

• Professional understanding of the position and the skills needed for these positions
• Developing a rapport with the HR professional to get a complete understanding of the corporate culture and the desired intangibles of a candidate
• Ability to respond quickly and provide qualified candidates.

These services are provided on a competitive contingency fee schedule and are completed with the highest regard for confidentiality.

Temporary Placement

KBA selects and refers only the most highly qualified staff to fill temporary assignments. Key points to the success of our service include:

• Testing for technical expertise
• Obtaining a clear understanding of the position duties
• Timely response to client requests.

Our fee for this service is an hourly billable rate based on the requirements of the position and the length of the assignment. Temp-to-hire is available for an additional fee.
